Dear Homeowners,

The Board is pleased to share that a few weeks ago we retained new legal counsel to assist with reviewing City West financials, vendor contracts currently managed by CMA, delinquent accounts, and other legal matters that were previously handled by Mike Swaaley.

This attorney represents only the Board not CMA as Mr. Swaaley also did.

We want to ensure transparency and will keep the community informed as we move forward, There will be additional updates to follow.

Please know that several things are in process to hopefully make this community stronger.
